I bought an item on 23rd May and immediately decided that I did not want it. I read the terms and conditions from the company which stated cancellation had to be within 12 hours of the order being placed. I sent 6 emails within the 12 hour period requesting cancellation. The company replied to one of them saying it was too late as it had been shipped.
I raised a dispute on 25th May saying I had requested cancellation. Company just repeatedly sent a standard reply saying too late for cancellation as it had been shipped and took my money. The shipping information stated that the item was sent for shipping in April. I raised it to a case on 1st June. I have heard nothing from Paypal since and I have not received the item.
Does it normally take this long for a resolution to be made?
