Resolution Centre site keeps crashing

I had a wrong product delivered to me from what I ordered. I have since been on the resolution centre all evening filling out the required information, but each time I click "submit" it crashes on me with a message "something went wrong, please trya again". Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

I’m still that same issue I have perfume that’s been delivered to completely wring address, no idea where I’ve tried numerous occasions can’t do nothing

Hi, I had the same issue I solved it by switching browser, Seems like they have some issue supporting firefox, it worked for me with chrome also you might want to try to disable some extensions if you have them like adblocker.
