I have a case open in resolution centre. The Chinese seller sent the wrong items, not at all what I ordered, and the only resolution on offer is that I return them at my cost for a refund. As the items are not what I ordered I do not think I should have to pay for the return postage. It's not like the items were not as expected or I changed my mind. They sent something completely different. Like if I ordered a ball and they sent me a spade for instance. How do I get an appropriate resolution to this problem?
The only reasonable outcome is that I get a full refund. If the seller requires the items back, then they need to pay for the return postage.
