Resolution Centre not Working (Something went wrong) And I Need to File Dispute Documents

Hi,

 

Your resolution centre is not letting me upload documents and now is denying my claim. I cant get in touch with any customer service personnel. This is infuriating. Please help. Give me an email address or something that I can send the documents too, not some please wait thing. My claim is on the line here so please help.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I’m having the same problem..they denied my case even though PayPal didn’t bother researching the company which is a hoax -scam company that sent me items that I didn’t order..cheap plastic $3 trees instead of the advertised SEA GLASS trees which cost $34@. I always thought PayPal was a wonderful, caring company but my opinion is fast changing. They seem to ignore their customers.
