How do I challenge a decision by PayPal reached in a dispute. Originally submitted a claim about non-delivery of an order and during the Resolution Claim, the seller subsequently delivered the item. PayPal received shipment tracking from the seller confirming that the item was delivered. They went on to deny my claim. However, the item delivered is unacceptable, and is a cheaper non-durable version of the ordered item. How do I submit documentary evidence (images of the ordered and received items) to PayPal to dispute closure of my claim?
