I lodged a dispute on 16th August for an item I did not receive that was due many months ago from China. Tracking shows it arrived in Australia but I don't know where it is because it did not come to me. The address is correct. But no item ever arrived. I have surveillance at my front door, there is usually someone home, and if not, my place is very secure for leaving parcels.
I allowed extra time for any Covid delays too.
Each time I check in to see how my dispute is progressing I see that the date due to resolve my case has been extended again. This keeps happening...it is very annoying 😞
