Resolution Centre 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable issue when raising a claim

Anyone else got this '503 service temporarily unavailable' issue when trying to raise a claim in the Paypal resolution centre?

I've tried multiple times, with no luck.

Pretty useless if the service that you rely on to help people get their money back from scammers doesn't even work.

Sort it out Paypal.
