Resolution Centerblocks refund b/c the dispute is in EUR and I can only pay in PHP.
Does anyone know whom to contact or to talk to to resolve the issue of not being able to issue an refund to a complaining customer, because the claim is in EUR and I can only pay the equivalent in PHP, as here in the Philippines=, we do not have EUR. So I have enough money on the account to refund the complainant, but the system does not allow for that, and is on the other hand blocking my account and holding the amount in Peso blocked. SO I can not pay in PHP, as the amount is blocked and in EUR I do not have it. What to do?
