I have supposedly won my resolution with a PayPal seller BUT I must return the item to the seller. The address given to me by PayPal resolution center is 100% Chinese. It needs to be converted to US English before UPS will take it.
What am I supposed to do with this? It is Chinese!!! I can't seem to be able to text or email successfully with PayPal customer service, and for them to do this shows their lack of attention. All they can say is give them the tracking info by March 12.
