I have used the resolution center before and settled with the customer. This time the seller offered me 10.00 dollars of the thirty the item cost , and I said no ,I do not agree with ten dollars. I was asking for all my money back because of the scam the seller was running. Somehow the resolution center accepted the 10.00 dollars and my case was closed and I am told I can’t dispute it any further, except Directly with the seller who is in China. I can’t even figure out the sellers address because it is all in Chinese . Kiss it good by , or what ?
