I ordered an outside golf game and was clearly scammed.  Won't bore you with the details.  Submitted a claim with PayPal and they keep delaying it.  New message told me they needed more information.  I did some more research today and in addition to finding more people who were scammed like me, PayPal has been denying the claims and siding with this company.  Has anyone else experience this poor customer service from PayPal?  If they ultimately deny my claim, am I out of luck or will my bank be able to help??

If PP denied your claim at first you can appeal by contacting customer service. If still no luck you can file complaint with your bank or credit card, some had luck going that route.

 

Sadly this is a very familair story here; PP is a service for sellers, not buyers, despite popular believe.
