Resolution Center query

Hi all. I've filed a claim with the resolution center. They requested documents from me which I sent immediately. The status was moved to Being Reviewed. And then I got another email just now saying I must still fax the document required. In the initial reply it said to Upload OR fax the requested documents. So do I actually have to do both. Even though they will be the same document? We dont really use fax machines anymore as it's all done Via email. I dont want to make a mistake here and lose out on my case. What's the correct course of action. I've just responded to the resolution center stating that I've already sent the document via upload. But now I'm not sure if that will be seen as a response they need. Not sure if it's all actually read by a real person or evaluated by a robot? Thanks all.
