Resolution Center is no help

I have tried 7 times to provide the resolution center additional information, and have received a reply of "Something went wrong on our end, please try again".  I finally got tired of trying to work with Pay Pal, and went to my credit card company, so we will see what happens.  Pay Pal said they couldn't investigate or decide my case because they don't have access to the details.  THEY DIDN'T WANT THE DETAILS.  I will work with the credit card company since I can't work with Pay Pal.
