Resolution Center always erroring out.

I have a dispute - that was escalated to a claim - and not the seller has offered a partial refund, which I am happy with.

Trying to "Respond" on the Resolution Center saying I accept the refund always ends up with "Please try again, something went wrong".

Any ideas?

any fix? I cant even START a resolution for weeks as its doing the same error message all the time

I'm getting the same issue. Trying to accept a partial refund offer and when I click on "accept" I get an error message. So, then I go the "contact us" and try to let them know. It barely lets you type in anything.  When it finally found the case and I was able to enter a message, I was so angry! Please, just stop and actually let me type in my message.  Good grief.
