I can not and haven't been able to add documents and pictures to my claim. When I try to use the link (or call to action button) I am redirected to a page that says the link doesn't work. I NEED to get in touch with customer service and I NEED help.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
