Hi, I have requested a refund from a seller via the resolution centre and the seller has finally agreed. My concern is that they have said I need to return at my cost and when they receive the item they will refund. My question is that this will most likely take me past the timescale to escalate to a claim, does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks in advance

In that case you can take the risk of escalating and hoping paypal find in your favour.
You may still be required to return the item trackable (to prove delivery) before you get a refund but you may get help with those return costs if you have activated the below link.
