Requested a refund, the seller didn't respond 16 days and paypal didn't email

The deadline is 07/29/2018, and its 07/05 and seller didn't respond paypal didn't email me

and didn't update me in anything. is this normal?

 

Hi, I didn’t receive an item so opened a case. It’s been 16 days since I escalated the case and still haven’t got my money back. What’s happening?

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
