Request to provide some additional information followed by generic error message

Hi! I received 2 emails from PayPal asking me to provide additional information on the website. The same request is present on my notifications when I login. However, the website malfunctions when I try to provide the requested info.

The notification says: "Important! To avoid future limitations or solve any current restrictions to your PayPal account, you need to provide some additional information."

The when I try to save the newly provided information says: "Something seems to be wrong. We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."

Is someone having similar problems?

ps.: I already tried contacting PayPal through the webform. It is completely fruitless. It seems like they don't even read the emails.
