Hi...first time community user here...so yesterday I bot a computer using PayPal send to friends and this morning the computer wont turn on. I've texted the seller but so far I've heard nothing... What are my options here? This couldn't have happened at a worse time for me I really needed this computer for work and stuff and now I'm just angry that the guy sold me something shoddy...
