I have agreed a purchase of a jcb but an unsure the seller is genuine. I have been sent an email (which turned up in my junk folder) supposedly from PayPal requesting I contact PayPal live chat through a link to be provided with bank account details to make a 12k payment but it looks far from genuine. I have had nothing sent to me either via PayPal site or eBay?
