I have received email from paypal service about account limitation on Jan. 17 and can't send or receive money.

But I can't find any link to upload document from my account. I tried to fix this problem with paypal support team, called many times (more than 10 times) but they couldn't help me to fix this issue. Finally one of them said that's technical issue and requested to technical department team on Jan. 21.

However I haven't fixed this yet and called support team again and again, they said made third request to speed up.

I'm tired to waiting them, already spent a week with no progress.

Please help me how can I upload documents or let the technical department team to fix my issue asap.

This may or may not work. Try clearing your browser cache and PayPal cookies and restart your device.

@sharpiemarker Thanks for your reply.
However please note that I have tried anything from support team's suggestion - clear cache, try on another browser, restart pc and so on.
After that the support team guy finally said me that's the technical department team's task.
