Request a refund on a Paypal Guest completed payment

Hi, last May 25,2018 I purchased an item worth $519.00 using PayPal Guest to enter my MasterCard payment. After payment it asked me to activate PayPal so I did. The transaction isn’t found in my PayPal summary/ activity. The problem is until now I did not received the item, nor responses from the Seller. So I asked a refund. PayPal gave me guide as to go into my Summary and select the transaction I want. Like I said earlier, the transaction isn’t in my Summary because it was completed while I was using the PayPal Guest. I have all the information of my transaction. Please guide me.
