Reporting purchases as fraudulent not yielding any results.

As of writing this post, I've had THREE purchases made with my account that I didn't authorize. I've manually reported two of these only to have them come back declared legitimate. The addresses used on the invoice aren't even on my list of approved addresses. I turned on 2-factor with my phone number after the first purchase and an authenticator app after the second, didn't help a damn. The purchases still went through without warning. I've had over $1000 stolen from my bank account and my credit card, so far. Money I can't spare right now. If this keeps up, I'll have to delete my account to stop the fraud.
