Reporting potential fraud to PayPal - no section for Buyer freaud

We see that currently there is a section on " How do I report potential fraud to PayPal?"

But this page only has 3 sections 

  • Unauthorised activity
  • Fake PayPal emails or spoof websites
  • Items not received or a potential fraudulent seller 

There should be s section for fraudulent buyers who cheat sellers on Paypal

We have a recent case  PP-D-94528427 a customer in Australia bought $235 worth medicines from us. She raised a frivolous paypal dispute which was contested. Paypal asked to return the goods which we received through Australia post as empty box filled with paper waste. Paypal has alreadt refunded the customer based on tracking ID. What is the process for reporting such cases?
