I just had a company send me a message on Messenger offering to send me a product on Amazon and in return for a positive review, they would refund me through PayPal including the PayPal fee. I know it's against Amazon's policies to solicit a positive review in return for goods and I have opened a complaint with Amazon. My question is: Have they also violated PayPal policies? And how do I file a complaint? I have never done business with this company so this question doesn't fit into any of the slots for the usual buyer/seller slots. Thank you.
