What can I do if I reported someone’s account because they weren’t responding after I sent the payment, and then it turns out their phone was messed up and they responded. If PayPal put a hold on their account, how do I have PayPal take that hold off so that I can get the items I purchased from them? Because they won’t give me the items until the hold is off their account. I would appreciate anybody’s help. Thank you
