How can I report an account that I suspect is committing fradu (through Google search ads which claim to be for currency is exchange, but really leads to a PayPal page to send money to the account)? There is no transaction which I can select to "Report a Problem" as I did not send this account any money. But I would like to prevent vulnerable/elderly people from falling for this in the future.
