I keep coming across people who offered to sell me an item and when I purchased this item they send me something else smaller worthless and then it comes with a tracking number so I try to recover my money through PayPal but because there is a tracking number they require that this item that was sent to me be sent back with a tracking number and of course that costs two or three times more than my claim making it pointless to try and get my money with PayPal help or anybody else's. Does anybody know how to get around this? Or avoid this?
