Repeated Request for a Refund

PAY PAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS!!!! REPEATED REQUESTS FOR A REFUND SINCE JULY AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!!! AUTOMATIC COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSES THAT DON'T MAKE SENSE WITH THE QUESTIONS BEING ASKED. WHEN I DO RECEIVE A RESPONSE, IT'S ALWAYS REQUESTING INFORMATION I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED MULTIPLE TIMES. SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED THEY DON'T HAVE LIVE REPRESENTATIVES TO ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO CALL, TEXT, EMAIL, CONNECT TO ANYONE TO GET ASSISTANCE ON THIS. THE FEW TIMES I DID REACH SOMEONE, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AWARE OF THE SCAMMER WHO TOOK MY MONEY (AND NO DOUBT OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO) BUT ARE STILL NOT ADDRESSING THE REFUND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO INITIATE SINCE JULY 10, 2020!!!!! PAYPAL IF YOU ARE LISTENING, I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! PLEASE PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN GET THIS RESOLVED PLEASE!!!!!
