Reopening an unfairly closed dispute due to Assistant not adding evidence.

Hello, I'd like to reopen a dispute that was wrongfully closed due to a worker not adding images to the claim. Previously I asked another one to change the claim in the dispute from "Order not received" to "Item not as described" which they did. But there was no way for me to add evidence of the claim, so there were only 3 pictures to support the previous claim. The day later I sent to the message center assistant 7 or so pictures and they had stated that they added them, but upon checking the claim it was clear they did not, instead resulting in the claim being closed and me not being able to get my money back. I can send you the pictures of both the product received and the original images of it.
