Good day @Mlavoie28
I hope all is well.
It is totally fine if you accidentally selected an incorrect reason for your dispute that resulted to a denied case. That said, I am glad to inform you that we will still be able to re-open it by contacting Customer Service to correct the reason code as soon as we are back in normal operation. It just happened that we are currently under staff due to coronavirus emergency. However, you may still want to try reaching out via chat or email. To get there, kindly click help / contact at the bottom left of Paypal pages for available options for your country.
OR, you may also consider contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter. You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
