I closed a dispute BY MISTAKE & would like to open it AGAIN.
I was going to buy a gaming account that they were showing to sell. We had a deal If I pay them they will send me the account details. its been 24 hrs and they DO NOT REPLY to me. I chose PayPal because it is the safest payment. I would like to refund this amount please as the seller did not stick to their word and since I sent them the proof of payment they bailed on me and not replying to me they also Blocked me from all communication apps.

This user literally stole my money and blocked me from every where. They did not give me my Purchase!! Please I would like to ask for refund ASAP!!
Please help me reopen this case.
