I'm in a situation where because someone setup an unauthorized transaction before I managed to change my password it has been allowed to continue after I changed access details. I wasn’t aware that it was a reoccurring transaction if I did I would have stopped it as well as changing my password!
PayPal's response was basically for me to **bleep** it, they don't want to help and have closed any further correspondence regarding the matter (the equivalent to blocking someone on Facebook because they have a different opinion).
