Our rent funds are currently withheld by Paypal. They claim to be pending, with no release date. In addition, they seem to asking us for shipping information. We have gone through all of the walk throughs to try and release the funds. Our renters do not have any requirement to validate that something was received or to release any funds.
I can't find a way to contact anyone at Paypal to resolve this matter.
