Removing bank account with limitations

Hi 

I have a limited account and I can't remove my bank account but I really need it as it is also the only card I have. I need this bank account to use my proper business account with nothing wrong and everything correctly put in. My old account (this one) I need to remove the bank so I can pay well most of my stuff online or else I need to get a whole new card. I really need this to be fixed asap. Anyone knows how to fix or is it a lost cause?

If its a permanent limitation then sadly you won't be able to remove it.
