Remove the account limitations

I tried to set up a business account on PayPal. It temporarily limited my account and now I can't send payment requests to others. I didn't expect it to be so cumbersome. Now I want to withdraw the application for a business account and just have my account as is. But here is no option for that. What do I do??

Contact customer service to downgrade:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

You can open a separate account that is business account (each of us can have one personal and one business) so you can set business account up properly first and then start using it so it won't tie up your business operations with Just one account for you use. And, yes, documents to verify identity and prove you're legit are needed now to comply with governmental regulations. Much complicated now. Real world converging on and over taking the virtual.
