I made a medical payment through paypal and the put limitations on my account. I provided the requested information and still have limitations. I am trying remove my payment Methods on my account with no luck. I cant talk to customer service because everything is a BOT. Worst Customer Service. I do not trust paypal anymore. Because of the limitations they refuse to remove I cant delete my account or remove payment methods and cant talk to human at PayPal. Any advice?
