Removal of a bank account while limited.

I've had this account since 2016. Yet have not used it since then. I was 14 at the time and my friend wanted to send me some money. Now i'm 17 here now that i have my bank account added to my account yet i can't remove it or make purchases since my account is limited.

Yes it would be as its against Paypal rules to open an account underage, you have to be 18.
