I thought Paypal was not supposed release monies to the seller until the item was shipped and a tracking number was supplied. I ordered something from China and tried to cancel it, next thing I knew is Paypal gave them my money and no shipping/tracking information. Of course they could always supply an erroneous tracking number as has happened in the past, but no number at all???
