Release my money

Paypal has locked my account not letting me withdraw my money when told it would be released in180 days it's now over 190 days and now unauthorized transaction was applied on May 5th more than half of my funds was withdrawn and seized without notification without authorization and yet no one has contacted me so my friends can be released someone please help me

Major typo on the friends part nothing to do with the friends I just want my money released and somebody please help mew
