Rejected claim for unknown subscription

Paypal have rejected a claim for a subscription that I am unable to cancel as I have no idea what it is for or how I can contact company. Paypal are not listening to the problem. How can I get them to listen and understand the problem?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.
