I recently made a purchase of some shoes off of PayPal then the seller asked me to pay over the friends and family option because they didn’t want to be charged which I thought was fair. But then they decided not to send the item I have purchased and have blocked me on everything so I cannot contact them and now PayPal are telling me that they can’t help me.
