Hi I have ordered 2 products from elegant housing corporation and they charged me 73$ and till now they did share tracking information, it's been almost one month, I raised the dispute , now the seller is asking me on instagram to close the dispute and they will come to particular agreement which would be beneficial for both of us, Suppose I close the dispute and the seller did not send me the product then can I raise a new dispute ??
