Regarding an Issue Confirming Identity

My PayPal is requesting identity documents to be provided at the moment which I have done with the proof of Identity which was accepted, however I'm having trouble with providing documentation for proof of address.

I'm a Sri Lankan living & working in Saudi Arabia, I've rented out a house and the utility bills and whatnot are in my landlord's name. I got my bank statements and whatnot but they do not have my address despite.

How can I provide a proof of address that would work?

These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill

Brov. Did you even read my problem? You're just replying stuff that we all would know.

I said I have a problem with proof of address as I CANNOT get one. Just to let you know this is PayPal Saudi Arabia.

I don't own a property here, hence all my utility bills and whatnot comes in the name of my landlord. Bank statements do not mention the address I live in. What's the solution to this?
