I did a transaction of $210 on 20th December 2019 to Jade Emerald to buy an eBay stealth account from him. The payment was held on the seller side so he requested me to confirm the shipment unless the payment is released he will not provide me the stealth account.
I finally confirmed the shipment on 27th December 2019 he told me he will send me the account details in 24-48 hours but didn't send me the details and when I asked again he told me he will give me the details on Wednesday i.e 1rst January 2020.
Wednesday and Thursday passed 1rst January & 2nd January 2020 passed and he didn't send me the details of the eBay stealth account. Instead, he blocked me on Skype.
When I opened the case on PayPal, the customer representative closed the case saying I have closed the case. If I knew that the seller is scamming I would have never co-operated with him.
