I was buying something from a seller on an external app and we agreed to use paypal for means of payment. Once I had paid the agreed amount the seller backed out of the purchase and blocked me on everything. I requested a refund through paypal which was denied by the seller. I opened a dispute and was then denied a refund by paypal, how can I get my money back?

Sorry can't advise if you don't say how you paid via paypal and which dispute you opened and if you escalated to a claim and did the seller provide tracking etc etc
