Paypal have proof of returned item although it hasn't arrived in China yet. The person I spoken with on the phone agrees it was a scam. I ordered goods on the 3rd.July and returned it on 18th August. Why do refunds take so long. The resolve date keeps getting moved back. Also I had email agreeing to my postage refund but haven't received it yet I emailed them and they said I would definitely receive it. Gave it a few more days. Nothing. Emailed them again and they said they didn't understand why I hadn't got it and to just be patient. My patience is coming to an end as I just want it sorted
