Hi hope someone can help i purchased a boiler and asked the seller how old it was to which he said 2 years old thereabouts when it arrived and i removed the cover there was a sticker saying 2007 so it was 19 years old i have messaged him and will not refund me till i return the item my question is how can i trust he will refund me in full when he has the item back any ideas anyone?

Have you opened a significantly not as described dispute on PayPal? If the return has been requested by PayPal as part of the dispute process, we will process the refund from the seller's account once the tracking information confirms delivery back to the seller. If this is an agreement between yourself and the seller, we cannot guarantee the seller will issue a full refund when the item has been returned.
