Refunds

There were two un-authorized transactions which took place on the 27-10-2020. I had opened a dispute, removed my credit card associated with the Paypal account and called my bank to block the card. Paypal now has issued a refund but the card associated with the payment now is not present. How do I proceed with the claim of my refunds since it has reflected in my bank statement ?

 

Please help me solve this issue
