Hi all I sold some car parts to a bloke who played via PayPal I sent them he then wanted to return them for a full refund and only sent 23 items instead of the 30 I posted to him paypal have now refunded him the full amount and I have lost out on 70 pound what can I do about it pls

Small claims court seems your best bet and file a case against your buyer keeping as much proof as possible.
